TOOLCRAFT, established in 1961, is one of the leading manufacturer of CNC Minimill & Engraving Machines and Spark Erosion Machines (EDMs) in India.

TOOLCRAFT was established as an ancillary to Hindustan Machine Tools Limited (HMT) – Bangalore by Mr. B.R.Shivashankar who was working in HMT as a Design Engineer. Toolcraft was established mainly to manufacture components required by HMT and also as a centralized Heat Treatment Shop. TOOLCRAFT is now operated in the name of Toolcraft Systems Private Limited.
